Travelinsured.co.uk have been confirmed as the preferred insurance providers to visitors to
Eastbourne.
For a long time Eastbourne Borough Council has been aware of the importance of travel
insurance to people who take their holidays in the UK. They have always advised travellers to the town booking
via their brochure or website to insure their trip against cancellation and curtailment.
Now they have recommended travelinsured.co.uk to provide this insurance to visitors to the
town.
Eastbourne, which has recently been confirmed as the sunniest place in the UK, has seen
an upsurge in visitors following the high profile failure of airlines and the volcanic ash disruption.
“We are very pleased to recommend Travelinsured”, said Manager of Tourism Development,
Annie Wills, “as they offer a high level of customer care and cover which complements the high expectations
of travellers to our town.”
Director of Travelinsured, Ian Mantel, commented that “We see travellers to Eastbourne as
being the more discerning type and we are pleased to provide a top quality and competitively priced service for
their insurance needs.”
The agreement comes hard on the heels of the announcement that Travelinsured are to be the
sponsors of the RAF Red Arrows for the second year at Eastbourne’s famous air show, Airbourne.
